1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the IA_lex Daily Shorts automation app registered with TikTok for Developers. The app is operated solely by its owner for personal content publishing.

2. Data we collect from TikTok users

None. The app does not interact with any TikTok user other than the app owner. The owner authorizes the app once via OAuth (Login Kit) using their own TikTok account; no data is collected from any other user.

3. Data we collect from the owner

• TikTok OAuth refresh token (stored locally on the owner's server, file permissions 0600)
• The owner's open_id (TikTok identifier) used for upload routing
• No other personal data is collected, processed, or shared.

4. Data we share with third parties

None. The OAuth token is stored locally and used only to call TikTok's official Content Posting API endpoints to upload videos to the owner's own TikTok inbox.

5. Data retention

OAuth tokens are kept until manually revoked by the owner from TikTok account settings.

6. Children's privacy

The app is not intended for users under 13 years old. There are no users other than the owner.

7. Security

OAuth credentials are stored on the owner's local server with restricted file permissions (0600, owner-only read/write). No tokens are transmitted to any third party.
